UCC Freshmen: Documents Needed When Reporting to Campus

Congratulations to all applicants who have been accepted to the University of Cape Coast to pursue their tertiary education. The university of Cape Coast is undoubtedly the topmost university in Ghana and West Africa, according to Times Higher Education.

As freshmen, it is important to know the list of documents needed when reporting to campus. This will facilitate your registration process and other activities upon your arrival at the university.

Documents Needed When Reporting to Campus

Freshmen admitted to the University of Cape Coast is to find below the various documents needed for their academic journey. These documents include:

1. Copies of Admission letter
2. Printed copies Room selection & Tenancy Agreement
3. Receipt for fee payment
4. Medical examination forms (Can be done on campus)
5. A copy of Birth Certificate
6. Passport Pictures
7. NHIS Card
8. Ghana Card
9. Voters ID

Some of the above-mentioned documents are required for registration purposes on campus. For instance, you will need a printed copy of room selection and tenancy agreement to complete your traditional hall registration.
