How to Pay for UCC Graduation Fee for the 56th Congregation Ceremony

The University Community and the General Public are hereby informed that the 56th congregation has been slated for Wednesday, January 24,2024 to Friday, January 26,2024.

Schedules for the 1st to 7th Sessions of the 56th Congregation for the award of graduate and undergraduate degrees to persons who completed their programmes of study in the 2022/2023 academic year have been announced.

REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATION

To qualify for the award of a degree, candidates must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Pass all courses taken – general, faculty, or departmental courses
  • Meet Inter-Faculty course requirements
  • Accumulate a minimum of 120 credits (including Advance Credits)
  • Attain a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (C.G.P.A) of 1.0
  • Settle all financial and other obligations to the University
  • Be in good standing – not barred for disciplinary reasons

How to Pay for UCC Graduation Fee

A non-refundable graduation fee of GH¢500.00 should be paid by each graduand. Payment is to be made at any networked branch of the following banks:

  • BANK: PRUDENTIAL BANK LTD.
  • NAME: UCC CONGREGATION ACCOUNTS
  • A/C NO.: 0201900240018

OR

  • BANK: NATIONAL INVESTMENT BANK
  • NAME: UCC ADMISSIONS ACCOUNTS
  • A/C: 1111015346201

REGISTRATION AND COLLECTION OF GOWNS/SOUVENIRS

Graduands who wish to be presented are to register through their respective portals after payment of graduation fees.

Graduands should also collect their gowns and souvenirs at the following venues:

Distribution of Certificates

Certificates will be available for collection after each session. Graduates will be expected to show their ID Cards and clearance chits for inspection before collection of the Certificates.

Accommodation

Graduands who may need accommodation are expected to make their own arrangements at the Halls of Residence or Hostels on campus.
